a city center treasure!

central location modern style helpful assistance

the hotel's location shines, just a short walk from the train station and the city center. the modern style impressed me, and the staff provided helpful assistance. nearby, many restaurants, bars, and a shopping mall offered great convenience.

i noticed the parking system felt a bit too complicated and difficult to understand, it was a bit frustrating.

solid stay NEAR OLD TOWN

varied breakfast great location

the breakfast had many choices. the location was near the historic center. the staff seemed helpful. the room was clean and secure.

i arrived at 1 pm. i was told i needed to pay extra for the room. otherwise, i had to wait until 3 pm. there was a line of thirty people at 3 pm.

the room included comfortable mattresses. extra pillows of medium softness existed. the room was well-equipped. everything i needed was available.

staff members spoke english. they seemed to do their job well. some staff even spoke czech. the hotel seemed quiet and peaceful.

Excellent Stay in Central Location!

central location clean room security measures powerful shower

The central location allowed easy access to main attractions. Rooms were clean. I appreciated the hotel's commitment to security. I always felt safe . The shower was powerful and offered hot water consistently.

I noticed a slight delay during check-in due to the number of guests arriving at the same time.

The room was equipped with comfortable beds and sufficient space for luggage storage. Climate control maintained a perfect temperature and made sure I was very comfortable. The room also included blackout curtains, ensuring a dark and quiet environment at night.

Staff members addressed my questions promptly and efficiently. They helped me a lot when I need information regarding the city. The reception was available 24/7, providing continuous support and assistance at all hours.

Breakfast included various hot and cold options such as eggs, bacon, cereal and pastries. The food was AMAZING!!! Coffee and tea were available throughout the breakfast service. The dining area was clean and well-kept.
